Location

East West Ice Palace is located at 11446 Artesia Blvd., in the city of Artesia, California. We’re within a few blocks of the 91 and 605 freeways — easily accessible from almost anywhere in Southern California.

Facilities

This is the newest addition to Southern California’s ice skating community, open since May 16, 2005.

The facilities feature a full-size ice surface (measuring 85 x 200 feet), plus a complete fitness center, a dance and exercise room, locker rooms, snack bar, and pro shop.

Public Skating

Everybody loves to ice skate. We offer public skating sessions seven days a week. Bring the whole family.

Of course, not everyone in sunny Southern California owns a pair of ice skates, so we have plenty — over 600 pairs of top-quality rental skates. Take your pick — we have both hockey and figure skates in a full range of sizes.

Celebrate your next birthday with a party at East West Ice Palace. We’ll provide everything you need along with skating fun for you and all your guests.

Skating School

Are you just getting started? Or thinking about it? Or maybe you’ve been skating for a while and want to get beyond going around in circles. Try group classes in our Skating School. We’ll teach you the basics, help make your skating safe and pleasurable, and give you a solid foundation to build on if you decide to get more serious about participating in hockey or figure skating.

Figure Skating

Artistry and athleticism combine in this demanding sport. Beginners can get a good start in our Skating School and later progress to individual lessons with a figure skating coach. Freestyle sessions are available for lessons and practice.

Ice Hockey

Ice Hockey — the fastest moving sport on two legs. We have an active hockey program, with classes for beginners, pickup sessions for casual play, an adult league, plus youth hockey in-house and travel teams.

Rental Ice

Schools, churches, and social groups can take advantage of group rates on our public skating sessions, or may want to reserve the ice for their exclusive use.

Pro Shop

Our Pro Shop carries skates, equipment, clothing, and accessories for figure, hockey, and recreational skaters.

Fitness Center

Upstairs, with windows overlooking the skating rink, is our Fitness Center with over 10,000 square feet of floor space and a full complement of aerobic and weight training equipment, exercise classes, and personal trainers.
